Dental Implants If you have a missing tooth, one of our doctors may recommend that you get a dental implant. A metal post will be placed in the space, and an artificial, natural-looking prosthetic will be attached to this post. Dental implants are accepted by the American Dental Association and the FDA for replacing teeth, and they are made to look, feel and function like natural teeth. Invisalign A modern alternative to metal braces, the Invisalign system straightens your teeth using a series of clear, customized, removable appliances called aligners.
