This pool company never shows when promised,has numerous complaints against them, uses unskilled labours many of which do not speak english.Would not recommend this company bad news
My experience with C&A Pools was difficult at best. Unmet schedules, ongoing excuses, not returning phone calls, very poor service. Paid $17K on a $26K job, then told them that they would need to finish the pool to get next payment. Til that point, we paid immediately on receiving invoices. I explained that they had promised completion by end of April, that it was now late June, my pool was still not done...it had only gotten as far as it had because I started calling them each morning. I hoped holding payment and nagging them to finish would encourage them to complete the job. Instead of finishing out the pool and getting final payment, they put a mechanic lien on the house. I would not recommend them and am very sorry I didn't research them more. If you do hire them, be sure to put a penalty clause in the agreement.....I wish I had!
