Mike C. was perfect. He listened to what I thought was wrong, checked the water heater the least obtrusively first, then drained it all to be sure there was no accumulation of sediment. When he discovered that the elements were on the verge of expiring, he changed them out without question. He patiently explained the significance of the sacrificial anode rod implying but not pressuring why it would be wise to replace ours. He exuded confidence and integrity. I'm planning on having him update many water shut off valves (replace stop valves with ball valves) in our 40-year old home. Warren

Arrived at my house and promptly fixed my A/C without issues (i.e. not having the right part, because he did have the part needed to fix my A/C) and oh how wonderful it is to have nice COLD air again!! We went thru 3 HVAC companies. We were unhappy with all of them. Then NOVEC recommended Air Right. They installed a new Carrier system. They have also been maintaining it. It has been problem free for 4 years now. They are very responsive & the quality of service is excellent & friendly.

Our house is long and narrow, with a two-story family room and an upstairs bedroom that gets strong afternoon sun. Regardless of season, some area of the house was always uncomfortable. We called Air-Right because we needed a heating/cooling system analysis, not necessarily a new furnace or air conditioner. For us, Air-Right's recommendation was to correct several attic insulation issues and to create three separate zones controlled by their own thermostats. A new furnace and air conditioner was not necessary, but we opted to replace our 10-year old units. Air-Right descended on the project with 5 trucks and 10 men, including part-owner Craig Carter, who was on the job the whole time. They finished in a day and a half. When they left, you could not tell they were here. Except that every area of the house is now comfortable. We anticipate that our gas and electric bills will be lower as well.

I have been a customer of the company for over nine years now. They have always been very responsive when I call with a problem and they fix what's wrong. Over the years, several technicians have come to my home but I probably have seen Bill D. the most. He is very nice and very helpful. I'm glad I can count on their help.
