I spent the day there, I had an excellent experience at The Place. Wonderfully relaxing atmosphere, no one screaming over you to talk to a co-worker. The Place is aiming to be an exclusive Spa, you are on the right track. There is always room for improvement. If I may make a few suggestions; offer refreshments no matter what. ( coffee, tea, water, juice ) everyone should get a lite neck rub after their nail experience. Things like that make a difference, if you want to be an Exclusive Spa you must go all the way with the small details. People will continue to come back when you make a fuss over them and treat them like they are royalty.

Wow! Wow! Wow!Its the nicest place i have been to. Feels like a hotel spa or manhattan spa. I love it!
