i.e., A locaI have never in my life written a review but have to for this experience. Today was the last time my family will EVER go to Molinos. We had just finished playing at the park with our children. My wife mentioned receiving an email from Molinos mentioning tonight was a good "specials night". As everyone is trying to save some pennies these days we thought we would too. I ordered my food and the bill was almost double of what it should have been. I questioned the total and was told I must have ordered online to receive the discount. We were not even granted a onetime reprieve. My wife was belittled and asked "Don't they have rules were you work?" Yes they do but at times they accommodate the customer when their rules ARE NOT SPELT OUT CLEARLY. The email did not mention "DISCOUNT ONLY WITH ONLINE ORDER." If that wasn't rude enough he then said "I'm not in the business for making $7.00 pizzas." So in other words he does not care about his customers when times are tough. The rest of the conversation was just rude and disrespectful. So if youre out with the kids shopping or on your way home from work after a long day, don't stop at Molinos and expect a discount. First go all the way home take the kids out of the car, place your order online, repack the kids in the car then drive back to the Molinos were we experienced the worst customer service ever. l favorite, or highly recommended because
