I was forced to take this group due to insurance changes and I'm very disappointed in the service I receive. Patients must obtain referral information above & beyond normal practices, then submit to office. It takes well over a week to get a referral as the girl that obtains referrals only works 1 day a week. I have been trying for over 3 weeks to have prescriptions refilled to no avail.
