I was referred to this location by a previous customer who also said that the customer service/product failed her expectations. But I decided to continue anyway. I did find that customer service expectations is horrible. If you don't keep calling back, they will never contact you and when you do contact them, they always tell you that we were about to return your call. The product on the other hand, I love it but unfortunatly, they screwed up my order and unable to complete my order since the company they ordered my invitations from is denying any error on there part so now I have to order from another location where now the invitations won't match. So, please count your invitations. So upset. Never Again. Worst Customer Service Ever.

AVOID AT ALL COST! RSVP has by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. After sharing my experience with others, the horror stories came out. Proofs take an very long time to produce, many errors in work, hidden costs and EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY OF WORK. Final Product was unusable.
