The Rockledge Building is centrally located at 1600 Harrison Ave, in Mamaroneck NY on the Harrison border. The postmodern building sits on four acres of beautiful tree lined landscaped grounds. Rockledge is a four-story building containing 37,490+ square feet of gross building area. The building was constructed in the 1970’s, from steel, brick and masonry construction. The site has approvals in perpetuity to build an additional 48,000+ square feet of gross building area to add on to the existing office building. The site contains over 120 parking spaces in the rear of the building with an asphalt -paved parking lot.
