We are excited to have the team of Pinnacle Physicians Group in Malvern joining the Healthy Connections Community Health Network family. The clinic will continue to provide the same quality service it always has, including primary care/family medicine for patients of all ages. Healthy Connections, Inc (HCI) is a Federally Qualified Health Center. Healthy Connections, Inc. provides medical, dental, and social services to residents of all ages in Central and Western Arkansas regardless of ability to pay. Healthy Connections has discounted services for uninsured or underinsured persons for those who qualify, and low cost preventative care.
