Over all, a good place to go for odds and ends. Pricing is a bit higher than the big box stores obviously, but if you only need a few things they are close by, and the savings on gas will generally cover the diffrence in price. Staff are helpful when available, but generally it seems like they are understaffed inside as well as outside. Waiting for 10 minutes for help in the lumber yard isn't uncommon. Good selection of items on-line you can order through thier website if you don't mind the wait, oh and call to see if it arrived, they don't seem to care about calling to let you know your order arrived. I like to support the local economy when I can, so I shop there as much as I can. I like thier eco friendly, self sustaining way of producing most of thier own lumber, from Jay, NY, which is generally pretty good quality. Good place to buy bulk quantities of random length pine T&G. Overall, a good place, needs tweaking a little, but most places do today anyway.
