does no stars count as a review because thats all i can give it.Very unprofessional. been waiting 5 months for mortgage from this place .No one knows anything ...they cant answer questions, they never call or return phone calls to let you know what's going on,they don't turn in paperwork on time and by that i mean like 2-3 weeks late, they give you a time frame that is not accurate ..they told me 2 weeks for commitment letter and thats been over 8 1/2 weeks ago and still counting..this place should just keep it simple like checking and savings accounts .their staff just isn't up to the task of performing these more complex finances..My recommendation go to keybank,NBT,or Seacomn
