This is a terrible company. I've been with them for 3 years as a loyal customer on auto-fill. Arrived back on Friday afternoon to no heat. Called my furnace serve guy who confirmed that I was out of propane. Then called the company. Their answering service answered and promised that someone will get back to me. 3 hours later a guy arrived with a truck, informing me that I owe money (even though I have written proof that they cashed my check last week). He then told me that I have to pay what they say I owe ($583) plus $95 for the late call. He was also rude because he got stuck in the snow going up the small hill to the house. Asked him to put me in touch with his manager and he said he would and then he took off without filling my tank. When I called the answering service and asked to be put in touch with the manager, I was told that they cannot do anything for me until Monday and that I should relax (!) and call the office then.
I find this type of service UNACCEPTABLE. Luckily I found a company (Griffith Energy) that will deliver propane on the weekend and they earned a new loyal customer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!
