Malad City dentists Ed Thorpe DDS. Serving Oneida, Bannock, Bingham, Caribou, Bear Lake, and Franklin Counties in Idaho.Services offered:WhiteningFor at home whitening procedures, an impression is made of the patients teeth and a form or model is created.
