Tomasita D. Carmona Tomasita D. Carmona concentrates her practice on all aspects of commercial and construction law and litigation, is Board Certified in Construction Law, and is Certified Circuit Court Mediator. She has been in the construction industry for almost 20 years. Ms. Carmona has represented project owners, contractors and subcontractors with such issues as payment, delay, acceleration, default, termination, insurance claims, and construction/design defects. She has also represented clients in the medical, entertainment, and real estate fields in commercial disputes. Ms. Carmona graduated with honors in accounting from the University of South Florida and obtained her law degree from Emory University School of Law, where she was recognized nationally for her trial and appellate skills. Ricardo L. Carmona Ricardo L. Carmona practices in the areas of complex commercial and appellate law, focusing on real estate, foreclosure defense and mediation. Mr. Carmona has successfully represented multi-national companies throughout the U.S. and South and Central America. Mr. Carmona is a Certified Circuit Court and Appellate Mediator, and is a past President and current member of BNI – Business Networking International.Mr. Carmona earned his Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University and obtained his law degree from the Emory University School of Law, where he was recognized nationally for his trial and appellate skills.
