Cartridge Brewing LLC
General Info
Opened in 1916, the historic Peters Cartridge Factory was once a community hub and the heart of Kings Mills. The space has now been fully restored as home to Cartridge Brewing. Built on the banks of the Little Miami River, Cartridge Brewing is focused on celebrating the traditional craft of brewing. We’re proud to serve a selection of old-world beers alongside easy-drinking specialty styles – all brewed on-site in our 15 bbl brewhouse. In addition to the drafts sold in our taproom, we will also offer cans that feature our rotating selection of beers. Beyond the beer, Cartridge is proud home to a full-service kitchen and seat-yourself bar. Our kitchen highlights simple ingredients, traditional cooking techniques and upscale but approachable dishes. Our mission is to help restore the Peters Cartridge Factory to its former glory as a gathering place for the Kings Mills and surrounding communities for the next 100+ years.Opened in 1916, the historic Peters Cartridge Factory was once a community hub and the heart of Kings Mills.
