We come to Magnolia Inn since they opened for business, I think back in 2001. They have made impressive improvements lately. You got to see the rooms from inside. You feel you that it's a Holiday Inn or La Quinta room! It's clean, clean and clean! The linens are of high quality. Duvets and comforters are very nice. We had a lot of fun outside by the pool late in the evening with pizza, hot wings and of course, Beer! I recommand this place to all the readers' here.

On the hot summer day, all we wanted to was just cool down! We did not have to go far when we have Magnolia Inn & Suites is in town. We enjoyed the pool. It was clean, surronded with a plenty of pool furniture and a nice landscape! Management was even more friendly with our kids and they have had even more fun! Fantastic place! Rooms like any franchise holel room. Very clean. Centrally located. A Heaven for the Ren Fest group. We visit here every year for the last eight - since opening. We will never consider going some where else. You, the readers, got to take my word before considering any other motels around.

hurricane victims friendly Motel! We stayed at this motel three years ago when we left everything behind for hurricane Katrina - for over ten days. The owners are very friendly and took care of my family like theirs. So, when we had to leave again due to hurricane Gustov, guess what? All we had to do was to call them. They still remembered us! When we arrived, the room was cooled already for us. We stayed here for only three days this time, but they have made a lot of improvements. It's like a brand new motel again! I can't wait for the next hurricane so can visit this place again! God bless this family. They truly understood our pain and never let us feel like we were away from home.

I agree with the first and second guests comments. Truly a nice Motel. Parking lot to interior, office etc were very clean. My wife is cleanliness fanatic! She always has found something wrong every where we stayed at. But, not at this Motel! Rooms were better than some of the franchise Hotels we have stayed in the past. I recommand YOU, the reader, not to have a second thought about this place.

Very friendly management. Our family loved there! Will visit there if we are in the area. FIVE STARS for cleanliness. Nice pool with all feanchise amenities. We recommand this place to anyone in a heartbeat.

It offers more for your money. Business Center, Hot breakfast, free metro phone line use, BBQ grill, DVD player etc are offered here. We did not see these in some of the franchise hotels we stayed. We stayed for nine days. We enjoyed clean pool and BBQ. All of the restaurants are nearby. Operators, I believe are owners, took care of every details themselves. We never felt we were away from home. Magnolia Inn all suites was truly a HOME AWAY FROM HOME experience for our group. Needless to say, we will visit this Inn again and again,
