On August 31, 2010, I paid Pinewood Medical Clinic $ 25.00 for a copy of my medical records so I could give those records to 4 different St. Lukes specialists. Pinewood cashed my check on September 2, 2010 and promised that I would receive my records in 2 weeks. It's now October 5th, and I have yet to receive my medical records, a return phone call, records faxed to one of my specialists, or a refund. While I had no intention of leaving the clinic....just wanted a copy of my records...I have now decided to remove Ashley Chin as my PCP after speaking with Aetna. The rating above should only reflect the service as it related to receiving my records.
