Provided by YP.comThere were two employees at the register, Ken and a female without a name tag. We received no greeting. Their $25 gift cards were sold out. I asked them if they could sell me the $50 gift cards 15% off. I had to educate them on their own weekly sale. Ken directed me to the next closest store. I asked, "Should I call them to verify and not waste gas?" He ASSURED me they had them in stock. I asked for their number. He started looking for it then went back to chatting with nameless coworker. I asked again about the number. He told me that he did not have the number for that store. The next store ended up being sold out.
I’m a military veteran in nursing school. I have three years’ experience working retail. My dad is a Walmart store manager. My best friend is an AT&T store manager. I know customer service and #07789's employees lacked it. Unacceptable.
I hope this situation will be rectified so that the loyal customers of your store will have better experiences moving forward.

Provided by YPmobileI have been to many a dollar store and although I want this one to be my new go-to place since I just moved here, I'll never go into this establishment again unless the apocalypse comes and I need water..number 1, the food items were dusty and proved to be stale and old, few expired even. My Ice cream had crystals, and was freezer burnt. Number 2, The employee was trying to hurry me through to talk to her loud friends behind me, I'm not some old fart complaining about kids I'm few yrs older, but i have respect when I'm serving a customer. She also seemed annoyed when I said that the price on the sale tag isn't what came up. After she questioned if I got the right thing, she called a manager which immediately questioned my accuracy as well. I had to show them, and this happened with several more items where they didn't have the ticket price in the computer. By the way, I had to be the one to greet the clerk, as she was too busy talking to someone else while my stuff piled up the counter. So I can see why their items gather dust and grow stale, everyone around here already knows this place sucks big time. Try harder guys. I'll go an extra 5 miles to go to the better one near the AFB.
