Took car in to have the brakes fixed 10 days ago. Called for a status update today and was told they replaced a bad brake line and they were going to replace the master cylinder as well but they got the wrong part, check back tomorrow. I asked whether the master cylinder really needed to be replaced since the brake line was the actual problem. They immediately got smart with me telling me I had a bad attitude. They'd remove the brake line and I could just come get the car in the morning. I went to their shop to inspect the car in person. They had either cleaned or replaced the master cylinder and apparently fixed the broken brake line, as the brakes were working, albeit a bit spongy as the lines hadn't been properly bled yet and the reservoir was low on fluid. I didn't get a chance to inspect the brake lines underneath. At that point they kicked me off the property. We'll see where it goes from here.
