Seriously, the WORST experience I've had with a vet's office ever. A yr ago I brought my dying cat in for pallative care. Before the visit, I'd asked that her usual vet be contacted and her records faxed. Doubtful that happened. Right off the bat I had a tech yell at me "DID I KNOW HOW COLD SHE WAS?" No. We were in a heat wave; I was in shock and ill with deep grief. She was my soulmate cat. I'd asked for 2 simple proceedures to make her process more comfortable. She got that and more -- proceedures inflicted that I DID NOT ASK FOR, nor would I have. One of them in particular would likely hurt & speed up her death her while my aim was to make her transition as calm and painless as possible. C/O them, her death was extremely painful & traumatic for her and me. I let them know she died. Linda was kind. Steph wasn't there. As for the others -- to this day, there has been NO acknowledgment, NO sorry, NO simple human decency of any kind. What kind of people are these?
