We ordered delivery one night and they called us back twice to tell us they we're out of the sides we wanted, so we asked could we get onion rings and they said NO, those we're not parts of the side dishes, really? your out of your normal sides and they wouldn't even replace them with onion rings! Then almost 2 hours later they show up with the food and we're like NO Thanks! I'm surprised they are still in business! HORRIBLE Customer service!! to say the least!!!!

Ordered delivery, told it would be one hour. Two and half hours later we called and told their directory error. Why were we not called ? We are not huge customers , but at least twice a month, that ends now. I guess I should thank them it kept me on my diet !

Went there 5pm Tuesday Dec. 16 and sat ourselves.. Man and 4 year old daughter only customers. 3-4 minutes later lady walked in and wanted takeout. Young man came, from the back and took her order. 3-4 minutes later employee brought out the order for man and daughter - 2 tables away from us. 3-4 minutes later he came out and gave lady her to go order. 10 minutes we waited and nerer were acknowledged. Bad customer service. We walked out and no one said anything.

Just ate there today. Ordered a garden burger and a regular hamburger. We waited almost 40min to get or meal. When it arrived my burger was just barley warm and buns were cold. No one asked how we were doing.

We have eaten here twice, the 1st time it was all good the 2nd time the burger buns were cold like they had just came out of the fridge and the onion rings were over cooked , took a bite and the onion came out, to crunchy,,, it was busy so maybe that's why, but still no excuse,, its kind of pricy,, come on people I know u can do better,,,, if u want to keep your business going start doing better with the food,,,,
