Madisonville High School offers classes in English, mathematics, science and social studies. The school supports several sports activities, such as football, basketball, golf, softball, volleyball, cross country, baseball, and track and field. It provides elective courses in Spanish, criminal justice, and health and physical education. Madisonville High School offers membership for the National Honor Society, Future Farmers of America (FFA) and Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA).
