As an patent at this place, I have Found that over the past 5 month's that the department called case management has very poor poor about keeping there word when they tell a patent a promise , my case worker has made appointments to do the home visit many times he also say's he will call at a certain time to come, this has happen many many times before . But no call is ever made for the time he will come, This goes on in this department many times and I'm not the only Patent being done this way either, Something needs to be done in order for these patent's that's needing help and asking for it. who does it take to see that this department will do there job's that's being paid to do!!!!!!!!!!!!! my friend goes there and its a shame how case management is performing in there duties.. but they are paid like they do there job,,It's not right people come there for help. Case management needs Looked into very deeply .....
