College Readiness and Career Development: The Urban League is one of Dane County's largest providers of educational enrichment programs for our youth. We offer education programs which ensure that all students realize their dreams and aspirations.Workforce Development: Through strategic alliances with local employers, Urban League programs train low-income individuals for better careers while simultaneously helping local companies build and diversify their workforce.Equity Development: The Urban League operates an award-winning program that helps larger low-income families build stability and equity as they become first-time homeowners. New initiatives are underway to help spur new minority businesses while also generating new revenue to invest our social mission.
