Completely unacceptable. Keep raising prices while their Internet conversion off google servers has gone on over two months and last I was told (by management) is still only 50% completed. Meantime, many customers email accounts--at least some of their multiple accounts--are completely unavailable yet TDS keeps charging the recently-increased monthly rate. Furthermore, it's impossible to talk to management at high enough a level to address serious concerns about their now offshore (non) support people. The highest level person who will return to calls--even when executives are attempted to be contacted--is a first line low level supervisor. Unacceptable all around.

The customer service is terrible. I called 800CALLTDS number yesterday and was put on hold for 56 minutes before I finally hung up. Later in the day, I called a local number, and was put on hold again, listening to the same messages, over and over. It is impossible to speak to an actual person, even though the literature talks about their responsiveness. Having no other recourse, I finally called the sales rep who sold me the subscription, and he came out to my house and solved the problem. That is no way to run a business.
