      I am a very easy sell and personable but have always felt like no one is that interested in helping you at Bead Bin. I have been in there several times and called as well. I had to repeat business because they had something that I needed but otherwise would not have returned. Genuinely making your customers feel welcome in the store & on the phone is #1 in sales. This store does NOT have that! The last time I called I believe it was the owner that I talked too and she seemed much more interested in getting off the phone than helping me with what could have been $100-200 order JUST TO START. Even though they have what I need....I am going else where locally or will end up ordering on line.
