We love to order Chinese food but we had an experience the other night that made me want to tell everyone. We ordered chicken teriyaki sticks along with serveral other items almost $40 worth of food. The Chicken sticks were all burnt and crispy. We had ordered 2 orders which is about $10. I called to let them know what the problem is and I was told" too bad" and when I asked if he was going to do anything about it I was told NO! We ordered from them almost every week and we will never go there again. I will take my $40 elsewhere. I hope anyone else who values good customer service and quality for their money will also avoid going to them. In this economy they should have better customer service and want to produce good quality food!

I had order from Great China about a month ago, I had given the driver a 2 or 3 dollar tip and would not leave me alone until i gave him another dollar. I called to complain and the man who answered the phone got upset at me and at one point called me crazy. I called again a couple of days ago and after confronting the driver when i saw him in my building, he told me he didnt understand me, waved his hand, and as he was walking away started saying something in his own language in a very un-friendly tone. when I called once again I told the man over the phone multiple times i would not give him my address, he continued to ask over and over. He told me that I should learn to speak chinese and told me he was right the first time and that I was "really" crazy, over and over again, also told me he didnt need to listen to me but that i needed to listen to him (from what I could understand). I refuse to order from there again and need to tell people of my horrible experiance.

my favorite chinese food in Madison! Governor Tso's chicken is awesome. Best crab rangoons in town! LOVE LOVE LOVE. Decent prices too!

The shrimp with vegetables came with a sauce that was way too salty, and there were hardly any other spices. The spring rolls were good. Not as good as China Wok.
