Nick was very friendly and professional. I felt that he treated me fairly and gave an honest appraisal of the work that needed to be done to solve the water problem in my basement. The foreman of the crew that installed the drain tile and sump pump was personable, and the crew was efficient, and they did a nice job of cleaning up after they had completed the work. So far, so good. We haven't had a big rain yet--so I still have my fingers crossed--but I feel confident that the problem has been solved.

Nick was very responsive when we requested an estimate, and was able to schedule the job according to our timeline, not his. The workmen showed up on time and were polite and courteous. The job took about 90 minutes, to seal two cracks and apply carbon fiber staples to one of the cracks that went from the top of the foundation wall to the basement floor. We haven't noticed any water infiltrating into the basement since they did the repair - we are very satisfied with the work they did and the price they charged and would recommend them to others in need of foundation crack repair.
