The Center on Wisconsin Strategy, also known as COWS, is a nonpartisan, educational and charitable organization that works to promote prosperity, environmental sustainability and democratic government. It is a policy center and field laboratory that works businesses and government and labor organization. The center focuses on the issues related to economic and workforce development, labor market and job improvement, and sectoral strategies and career pathways. The Center on Wisconsin Strategy publicizes research findings, disseminates Wisconsin-specific data drawn from national studies and provides commentary on public policy issues.
