We went to Best Buy to possibly purchase a TV. The Sales Associates are great! We not only bought a 55"TV we also bought a 27"Imac computer, Thanks to Patrick S. and Jared G. They are outstanding! Very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient! I can honestly say that they went THE EXTRA MILE to make sure we left as Happy customers! We highly recommend this Best Buy! Thank you again Patrick and Jared!

Re: Geek squad -----Horrible service. I waited on the phone for 15 min. two days in a row and the second day they answered after 15 min. When I told them this, I did not even get an apology. It takes about 3 weeks to get a lap top fixed even with the extended warranty. Looking for a new place to do business at that has good service.
