American Family Insurance offers optional coverage policies for various water-related damages for building structures and specific household appliances. Run Away! This is the WORST insurance company I have ever had! My rates on both home and auto increased 4 times in 3 years and we had no claims on either one! Also, after we cancelled our policies with them, they continued to make automatic withdrawls from our account and it took over 2 months to get our money back from them! Terrible terrible customer service. Don't put your money and your protection in their hands! Buyers Beware!

Glad I actually took time to research all the insurance companies and their offerings because I would neven have considered American Family. Their costs were on par with the other companies but their service totally rocks!
