I did not get good care here. I came in hardly able to walk and the triage nurse didn't pay attention while letting other people in with smiles and giggles while I'm sitting there crying in pain. Then, the doctor didn't even order and X-ray and MRI even though I was unable to walk without help and couldn't feel my toes from numbness (neuro-pinched nerve). I understand not everyone needs to be at an urgent care but when they really do-- they should be respected and taken care of properly. I left there with a muscle relaxer and a steroid shot. Was it worth it? Heck no. I am still in pain and who know what's going on because I had no imaging.
