Poorly built construction. Water pressure at it's best is no more than a dribble. Floors in some of the units have literally just fell out to the ground below. drug dealers and criminals do live here despite the background checks. Bi-monthly pest spray is charged in your rent, they only come about once per quarter--some units have cockroaches. Buildings are not square making it hard to close doors at times. Window screens fall out very easily-cannot open windows at all if you have kids or pets for safety measures. Some buildings have no parking in front of them causing tenants to park far from their door. In the past 15 months (2008-2009) there has been a shooting and stabbing in the parking lot, one car stolen, several cars broken into or vandalized, Drug deals between vehicles in the parking lot, suicide, and frequent domestic incidents. This is not a quiet, safe, or sturdy place.
