great place to get a massage the prices are comparable to other salons in the area very friendly staff would recommend it

Not happy at all!!! Very expensive for the area, service was not worth the money. They were very rude and the workers spoke loudly accross the room to each other and they would talk badly about the previous customers!! I will not be going back.

I love it here. I have been coming here for years and will continue to. They are so friendly and I love my haircut and the nails are the best! Shannon is wonderful and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I feel like family. Love it, Love it, Love it.
I'm wondering if you all were at the same salon I was? I've been coming here for months and have yet to have any problems. They are very accommodating to my schedule. Their prices are more than fair. My theory is you get what you pay for. If you want a $10.00 hair cut, go to Best Cuts or Great Clips. This is a place that feels like "home" when I go in. Everyone says hello and calls me AND my kids by name. Imagine sitting in a salon for 2-3 hours getting hair color/highlights, cut and style and nails and no one is talking because people say that they are unprofessional. NO THANKS! I love the camaraderie that these girls have not only with each other, but their customers. I plan on being a client here for many years to come.
This is honestly the worse salon I have even been to. They overcharged me and when I called they refused to give me a refund even after they acknowledged the mistake. Never even an apology. Offered a store credit but I will never step foot in there again!

I am 18 and live in Madison. Since I can remember, Perfect 10 has always been here. I had always heard bad reviews about it till my friend told me how much she loved it. So, we decided to have a girls night and go get our nails done. I was nervous, will all the negative things I have heard. However, the place was beautiful, my nails turned out lovely, and the people were really nice (I must say...NEVER get a hot-pink french mani!). Even though the people were really nice and seemed happy to be at work, they were a bit unprofessional. They would talk to each other and yell across the salon like they were at each others houses. I didn't mind it that much though. The only really big turnoff was the price! A normal full set is about $30. I paid $41.35 with tax (not including the tip). I found out that their fills are $29! For the price of a fill, I could get a full set practically anywhere else! Overall, I would probably recommend it. Just beware, they are on the pricey side!
