The best at what he does! No comparison clean friendly efficient office.

have been going to Dr. Sam Romano for years for my semi-annual cleanings, and the care and attention to detail that he and his staff of dental hygienists has always been exemplary. What most impressed me about Dr. Romano however was when he replaced a silver filling I had with a Cerec onlay. This procedure was completely painless and now there is no gleaming silver in the back of my mouth when I smile, but rather, a natural, uniform, enamel-colored, tooth. Kudos to Dr. Romano!!!

Dental Implant Procedure - highly recommend My experience with Dr. Sam Romano and his staff was unbelievably good. I had a dental implant very recently and to my amazement everything went perfectly. I had no pain during the procedure because I was sedated but afterward when I expected pain there was none. They are extremely professional and walked me through absolutely every step to alleviate any fear I may have had. As much as Dr. Sam was wonderful I also have to say the staff was exceptional. There have been other doctors offices that I have stopped going to because the staff was less then friendly. That is certainly not the case here. I would highly recommend Dr. Romano and his staff. After suffering with a lot of pain, I finally made and appointment at the office of Dr. Sam Romano in Madison, N.J. I was pleasantly surprised at just how far modern dentistry has come at reducing pain almost painlessly. Dr. Sam is a seasoned professional, with impressive credentials. The office is very well run, with state of the art cutting edge dental technology. I even got to use an IPAD while waiting for my gum to numb up. Last, Dr Romano has a very well trained, friendly staff who know what they are doing. Dont wait any longer, No Pain No Fear

I love this dentist, he is thorough and has the latest technology. If you want to do work on your mouth, you want it to be done right and have it last a long time - he is the one to look for. He is a great guy and his staff is friendly and helpful. The best place to go for all your dental needs !
