There quality is going down tell you what this use to have one the best locations ive seen. But the employees now dont look happy at all. The sandwich are made poor they only put meet and the things on it in the middle so it gives me like 2 inches on each side of bread that is no way to make it and its like that time after time that i visit this facility.

I had a wedding in Humphrey on Saturday July 31st, and I went into this subway on the July 20th to get subway to cater some sandwiches to the church so we could eat after pictures and before the mass. We met with the manager, John, and we picked out everything we wanted, had the dates, everything was set to go. Saturday July 31st comes along and there were NO sandwiches waiting for us, I called this Subway and a lady answered and informed us that JOHN wasn't working today and that JOHN told her that he would make the sandwiches on Sunday, August 1st. I asked the lady what the date was that he put on our order sheet, and she answered July 31. So first of all who gets married on a Sunday and secondly it shows me that this Manager of theirs has no attention to detail, no care for his customers, and just doesn't care. This was my wedding and is just completely unacceptable.
