Gym was ok. When my contract was up (May), I went in and informed them that I would not be renewing. They continued to draft my account. I contacted their billing dept. and they assured me it had been cancelled. Yet 4 months later they continue to draft. Getting the runaround. It's only $10.00, but it's the principle.

Lack of security, equipment was substandard, no trainer available to help me, it being my first day. Tanning bed did not work correctly at all. Gave me a hard time when I tried to break the contract as indicated on the contract "Buyers Right To Cancel" within five days. The entire experience was very unprofessional.
