A Dwight Hood and John P. Cottingham, III lives crossed paths early in their oil patch careers. They always wanted to do some drilling deals together but the timing was never quite right. Then, in October, 2012 it seemed destiny brought them the opportunity to finally do their deals. Together they created Keystone Energy, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, and the rest is history.
