Our Office has been calling and cant get anyone to answer phone.

This pharmacy consistently makes errors in reviewing prescriptions in my file, such as refusing to refill a prescription when there is a completely new prescription on file. Staff at the window are impatient and dismissive, conveying that the customer is incompetent. In addition, when the telephone recording says they will call the doctor for a refill, the staff says that sometimes they do that and sometimes they do not, and they don't take responsibility for letting the customer know. My health is imperiled routinely as I am left for weeks without medication that I should be taking daily. If you are looking for a pharmacy, don't look here.

I would not even give this place a star. This is the most horrible drug store I have ever dealt with. Even when you complain to the head pharmacist, nothing is done about the problem. One guy that works there has given us the wrong meds before and when we took them back he called us liars. Obviously cvs employing this young guy means more to them than their customer satisfaction!
