Worst pharmacy in jackson area. VERY rude. I went to get pain meds for my daughter who had just had surgery and she was in the car with me. I asked if they could rush it so I could get her home and get the meds in her system. They said it would be at least 30 minutes and I asked if they could do it any faster and she yelled at me and told me that was rushing it ....that everybody else was 2 hours. Bye bye cvs I went to Walgreens and had prescription in 5 minutes and the had to enter all our new insurance info

Unfortunately, we are forced to use CVS for insurance reasons. This pharmacy should be closed. Service is beyond unsatisfactory. Two years ago, I wrote corporate, with no response. Problems range from not having routine, common meds in stock, to not filling prescriptions in a timely manner, to having to wait "an eternity" for service. I agree with other reviewer about HIPPA violations, prescriptions are filled incorrectly, and there are very few "thank you's." Best example of recent poor service: I dropped off a new prescription for high blood pressure at 10:30 am and was told it would be ready in an hour. Went home and called at 11:30, was told would be ready in an hour. Called back at 12:30pm and was told they were really behind and needed another 2 hours. Called back at 2:30 and was told they would "have it ready when you get here." Not ready when I got there and had wait until 3:30pm when it was finally ready...they never apologized. Wish I could rate a -5!

This is the worst pharmacy in madison! Customer service is a joke and their compassion towards people that are sick is not there! I dropped off my prescription for one antibiotic (7 pills) and they told me to come back in 2 hours! Came back and they told me they were working on it. 45 minutes later I left and decided I would just start my antibiotics the following day! Way to go CVS! You and your team COULD NOY pull off putting 7 pills in a bottle in 3 hrs!

The pharmacists at this store take poor customer service to an entire new level. They never look up to greet their customers, they violate the HIPPA laws by yelling out personal information or asking the customers to yell out personal information, and the words Thank You are not in their vocabulary. I was just in the store to pick up a prescription at the drive-in window. I gave the pharmacist my money and at closing I asked him, Can I get a thank you? He looked at me at walked away. What happened to professionalism, common courtesy, and just plain old-fashion customer service?
