Founded in 1975, Chili s Grill & Bar is a chain of restaurants with a location in Madison, Miss. The restaurant features soups, salads, steaks, quesadillas, burgers and desserts. Its seafood menu offers shrimp, salmon and tilapia. Chili s Grill & Bar additionally provides several party platters of lettuce wraps, boneless Buffalo wings, fajitas, grilled baby back ribs, turkey sandwiches and house salad bowls. Its starters menu includes the Awesome Blossom, nachos, boneless Shanghai wings, and spinach and artichoke dips. The restaurant also serves tacos, margarita grilled chicken, chicken crispers, Cajun chicken pasta and Monterey chicken. We are regulars at chili' sin Madison. The food is always excellent, but the service is terrible. The last 4 times we have gone, there was no hostess. Multiple groups of us had to stand waiting. Management needs to b present

It took 10 minutes to get our drink orders. The food was average & there was a guy sitting in the booth to the right of us, drinking, watching us, drumming on the table, shaking his head & seemed like he was drunk or high. The strange part was he had on what looked like a Chili's shirt. I got a dessert to go & we left.
