The Lac qui Parle Valley Independent School District provides education to students in grades kindergarten through 12. The district operates various schools, such as Appleton Elementary School, Madison Marietta Nassau Elementary School and the Lac qui Parle Valley High School. It offers a curriculum consisting of a variety of subjects, including English, mathematics, science, business, agriculture, social studies and industrial technology. It also offers Spanish and German classes. The students are offered a wide range of extracurricular activities, such as student council, art, choir and band. The district provides facilities for football, tennis and volleyball. The Lac qui Parle Valley Independent School District is located in Madison, Minn.
