KDH provides home care services that allow patients to heal or manage a terminal illness in the comfort of their own home. For terminal hospice care, we work around the clock to provide excellent palliative care. Our goal is to see patients thrive in a holistic healing environment where the mind, body and spirit are cared for. Nurses and therapists work closely with you or your loved ones doctor. Social workers are here to help you find answers to questions and assist you in handling insurance companies. KDH is a licensed Medicare provider.
