      Poor Rating ~ Because with the last 3 months... My husband and I are so upset with them... I need New things for my machine and have to keep calling them every week.. They ALWAYS tell us Ok we will see or we will look it up and call you right back... But this has been going on for the PAST 3 to 5 months.. And we have not had one call back from them!!!!!! Grrrrrrrrr
