Monelison Middle school enrolls students in grades six through eight. The school offers a wide range of sports activities, such as football, volleyball, basketball, track and field, cheerleading and soccer. Monelison Middle school is affiliated with the Amherst County Public Schools. The school s library media center is an instructional support center for the students and staff to increase students reading skills and to improve their abilities to use technology and books. Its guidance and counseling department assists students in course selection and carrier development. Additionally, it serves meals to the students. The schools curriculum includes mathematics, science and social study. Monelison Middle school is located in Madison Heights, Va.
