If it was possible to give a zero rating, I would. This attorney handled a real estate sale in 2004 and did not follow through on a detail involving a confusion of identity of the seller. An affidavit was sent to this attorney, verifying the correct identity, yet 9 years later the sale of the property by another owner is causing the same problem to surface again. He should learn to pay attention to details. His clients are not being represented properly.
