The office staff was wonderful and my Dental Hygienist Kathy & Dental assistant Keara was awesome. Dr.Robinson was awesome didn't feel her remove my tooth. Thank you kathy for the recommending me & LaNiah

Dr. Robinson is very knowledgeable in regards to her craft. The best treatment at a reasonable price. I have been a patient for over 25 yrs. I would of given 5 stars. However, the hygienist said things that were inappropriate regarding my treatment. Which had given me some anxiety. Dr. Robinson resolved the conflict and I followed through with my treatment. Lets, not let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch.

I would like to say this is by far the best DENTAL OFFICE I'VE EVER BEEN TO. Starting from when i walked in the door the front desk customer service was SUPERB, i was greeted by Trece she was such a sweetheart she made me feel at ease and like i had nothing to worry about (mind you I'm MORE than Terrified of the Dentist) not only from the front desk but the dental Assistant were welcoming as well... Then the Doctor, from the time i sat down in the chair she came in introduced herself to me with a nice warm and welcoming smile, she was very informational about everything that i needed to know about, she made me feel at ease about the WHOLE process and to that i SALUTE this office. EVERY SINGLE person that i encountered that worked there was nothing but a joy to be around. TRUST i will be coming back and REFERRING all of my friends and family. THANKS SO MUCH SMILE CONNECTIONS YOUR AWESOME

If I could rate this awful, uncaring, completely incompetent Dentist it would be a -O. A though I found the front desk staff to be somewhat friendly & knowledgeable. There is room for improvement for sure. In March 2015, w/o going into great detail was actually going to extract two teeth of mine that were severely infected and impacted, w/o hesitation and not once opening up my dental chart to see what the problems were. In fact when she entered the room in was put on she thought I was a different patient and very disrepectfully and with no class, asked me "who are you." The waiting room absolutely stinks like body odor and the separate dental rooms are disgustingly dirty. Walked out, never looked back and would not allow my dog to go to that practice!!

My experince has nothing to do with the dentist since we never got the pleasure of actually seeing a dentist at this office. I was frustrated with the staff and by the time I finally found the place and saw how unwelcoming they were I left. First I left the address and it was first time coming to this dentist, I had no idea what the dentist name was, but found the place by readin other reviews at a different location. The dentist has great reviews. But since I forgot the address I called to see where the location was, I had two children with me and I needed guidance. I called THREE times and all they did was tell me the first time it was on 12 mile and deq. ( it is not ) then the second time they guided me to tell me it was inbetween 12 mile and 11mile and reminded me it was called "smiles connections" Becuase I asked, then I still couldnt find it I just asked for the address. Stop my car, googled it and found the place. A building with NO words standing out that even romotely stated it was a dentist office let alone "smiles connections". Then they said suite 230 none of the doors had suite numbers....no one could have ever guess that building was where the dentist was located. They good have cared enough to guide a first time client the first time and eliminate the issue. Then there was CONCERN to even APOLOGIZE and SMILE when we walked in. Horrible customer service. I wrote this review immediately after and I will pass the word around.
