We offer a variety of weekly classes to suit all fitness levels from PoleFIT Essentials to PoleTRICKS and AerialYOGA to AerialCIRQUE. We even have great conditioning and specialty classes like VbarreFIT, T&A FIT, BellyFIT & MORE! Our trained instructors care about your safety and proper progression to help you see the best results and success in your journey. We offer private instruction for those that want specific attention including those that are competition bound. We have a premier studio with 11 poles and 7 aerial hammocks with an impressive space for Private Group Parties/Classes. We are your hot spot for Bachelorette, Birthday and any Girl's Night out occasion.
