I dropped my HTC Thunderbolt in water 4 days after I bought it. Of course, I did what you're supposed to do with rice, warm car for 3 days, etc., but it just went to a boot screen and stayed there. Verizon and HTC both told me it wasn't repairable. I was about to spend another $350 to buy a used one on Ebay, but decided to research online if it could be rapaired first. I am so glad I did!! I found this business close to where I work and called. Pete said to bring it in and he would look at it. I dropped it off and he said he would open it up and clean it out and try to reload the software, if it didn't work, there'd be no charge. The next day I called and he had cleaned it, fixed a broken switch, and reloaded the software back to factory settings...all for only $50! I had the phone reactivated and it works like new!! I am so grateful to for the excellent service. Thanks so much Pete, I will recommend you to everyone I know!
I dropped my iphone 4 and cracked the screen, when I called Apple they said they wouldn't fix it, I search online and am GLAD i found this company, i was able to take my iphone there and waited while they repaired it, BEST customer service ever and would recommend this place to anyone.

Appeared at first to provide good service when buying a refurbished phone. When the phone was defective on arrival I sent it back only for it to go back to the way it was after a couple of weeks. I bought this phone over the phone/online. So my experience was not in person. It's been over two months and a bunch of lies as I wait for this phone to be sent back to me for the 2nd time. Pete suddenly not returned emails or phone calls. I feel like I'm being scammed. Beware
