Founded in 1965, Bishop Foley Catholic High School is a college-preparatory institute. The school has various departments, such as English, mathematics, social studies, business, computer and industrial arts. Additionally, the school offers studies in science, and health and physical education. It also has a foreign language department that offers classes in various languages, including French, German and Spanish. The school has departments for art, broadcasting, music and speech and drama. The school s media center provides a wide range resources, such as newspapers, magazines, periodicals, biographies, general business files, and articles on health, wellness and social issues. It athletic department offers a variety of sports activities, including football, golf, cross country, soccer, basketball, wrestling, track and field, baseball, tennis and lacrosse.
